CRC SOFT LOCK 50ML is a blue, medium-strength, anaerobic-curing threadlocking adhesive designed for securing and sealing dismountable metal threaded connections.

It is suitable for:

• locking and sealing threaded metal connections such as bolts, screws, and nuts (typically M5 to M16 / M36);
• applications that require future disassembly using standard hand tools without damaging parts;
• preventing fastener loosening caused by continuous shock, vibration, thermal stress, or impact loads;
• protecting metal threads against corrosion, water, gases, oils, hydrocarbons, and most industrial chemicals;
• automotive, machinery repair, and general industrial maintenance operations.

The adhesive cures in the absence of air between metal surfaces, offering good thixotropy and viscosity for effective gap filling. It features a visible blue color for easy identification and inspection, achieves initial adjustability in approximately 10 minutes, and reaches full cure strength after one hour. Once fully cured, it operates safely within a wide temperature range of –55 °C to +150 °C.
